I accidentally figured out today that comment moderation was enabled here but with no email address set to approve them!
After fixing that oversight, I went through and approved all your comments since 2024.
All this time, I didn't know the nice things you folks were saying so now I'll say thank you!
Yeah, I set that up, I think, because we were getting crummy spammers! Read my spam today! You should have been able to see that though.

ReplyDeleteThere were loads of spammers posting on my blog a year or two back, but (touch / knock on wood) they seem to have quietened down a bit again now.
ReplyDeleteI still get spammed pretty consistently. Most of it gets caught by Google, but some gets through. I just have to go cleanup on occasion.
