Inspired by our Countdown to Halloween, the 13 Days of Creepmas is just around
the corner.
It's a little thing that was put together as a
response to Christmas pushing Halloween off the shelves before the 31st. In
the spirit of Nightmare Before Christmas, we're injecting some horror into the
holidays during December 1st-13th.

It seems like once Halloween finally got here, it was over in a blink of an eye. Did you have fun still? I have been seeing all of the great costumes and ways to work around the corona to still celebrate. Awesome!
So, let's talk about beyond 2020.
In the next day or so, we will have a final check in post. It will include a survey (something new this year) that will give us an idea how we did, what you might like to see happen next year and so on. I hope all of you will fill it out.
INCENTIVE: If you do, I will draw from those who entered the survey, a Halloween treat. One winner will get a little something from me. Ohhh....

Happy October! Obviously the countdown to our favorite day is off and running. However, I am being bombarded with some problems. Hopefully, this will serve as the answering board.
1. A couple of people are having issues with the new Blogger interface. I feel your pain! I have no idea why these platforms have changed something that does not need fixing. Keep working with it and look around. Just make sure that you are on the "compose view." If all else fails, call your kid. *cackles*
2. If you commented that you were not on the list, you are there now! Toys of My Past, you were there but at the very top. I have moved you down to the "T" section. Lisa, Maple Grove never got to the sign up list but I added you. *wahoo* Sue R. I will add you but I need you to comment back with the link to your blog, please.
3. I added two people who signed up after the cut-off date of Sept. 29th no biggie really! However, not to be a monster, but I will shut off the sign up after this Saturday and will take no more, even if it is comments. We simply have to have time to visit all of you and blog our own too.

Michael went through hundreds of emails, many that were multiple duplicates, and sent out to 400 past participants email invites. At the moment we have 70 participants signed up. We want to keep this list clean so that it is easier to send out invites in 2021.

Hey Boos,
If you noticed, things have changed just a little bit more. I think I answered or addressed everyone's questions and problems. You know, here in the lab, sometimes you have to put one serum with another to get the right results.
*thunder bolt flashes*
Make sure to look at the last 2-3 postings under comments for your answers. If I still don't have the right mix, I will throw out my lab tubes and get some new ones.
Items fixed:
1. How to put your badge on your page with a link.
2. My links is blackened out unless I hover on the sidebar.
3. My link on the sidebar is not working. (Make sure all of you check to make sure)
4. I was not invited. (oops)

A little spider web spruce up is needed before we get roaring.
First: If you notice, to the right of this blog, the badges have been added. If you have not picked up your badge yet, please do so. The url for this blog is already attached to the badges. Essentially it is a copy and past deal!
Secondly: You will notice that the blogs that have signed up for this year have been posted. As we said earlier in August, Michael and I will be dividing up all of your blogs and try to visit at least once or twice. All I can promise is we will do our best. Please visit as many as you can throughout the month of October. All of us like comment. ;)
ALSO: Please click on your own link and make sure it is the right link and goes to the blog you intended it to go to. I had to look up a bunch of blogs because the ghost were playing and forgot to put the url of your blogs to sign up with. IF something is wrong, let me or Michael know right away so we can fix it. We certainly do not want people crying in their Halloween bags.
